It’s in a really nasty area, looks unsafe, children playing on equipment, staff unprofessional and all about money rather than customer service. Spent three hours on the phone requesting a refund to finally get my point across with Viator and the tour guide only for the tour guide to tell Viator a different story and not refund me. I jet ski all the time and this was by far the worst experience I ever had on all ends. Viator and the tour company …. Unbelievable”

“Party Mike was our driver and he was excellent. Picked us up early, offered info on the town as we traveled to the jet ski. Jet skis were great! The instructors gave us directions on the use and also rode with us until we got used to operating. Fun time! Party Mike took us back to the resort with no problems.”

“The Jet Car Experience was the best excursion ever compared to all of the places we have travelled overseas. We had a blast and the tour guide was very helpful and informative and was extremely friendly. In addition, we had the best driver Troy to take us to and from the resort to the Jet Cars. Also, he provided a tour, stopped us at many locations to buy souvenirs and items to take home, and he was very respectful and provided great customer service. This was worth every penny.
