“I love the concept of having all activities in one spot. The catamaran was such a vibe! We went on a Thursday so the lines were not long. The one thing that ruined it for us was that we were pressured to tip at every activity point. The employees verbalized this and kept insisting. I hated that! The experience was not cheap so add tipping to that for every experience was insane. This would be the reason I would never return.”

“So if I could split this review in half I would. First I want to say that the actual rapids and tubing on the river was fantastic. The two guides were brilliant and it was an amazing experience. What has dropped the overall rating though is the delays in getting there with almost an hour of stuffing around collecting the group of 4 women after we were picked up. This resulted in us getting to the river late and is probably the reason we then had no time at the beach. But even more annoying was then being taken to a souvenir shop and a lunch stop that my daughter…”

“Driver very nice, even cut us fresh fruit and fresh sugar Cain when we were picked up. Tubing guide very funny, made sure water was safe. Bamboo beach club very luxurious, gave multiple courses, 4 drinks, shots, big meal, and desert. All included in price! Well worth it! “The beach was beautiful. They had security to keep the locals from bothering you so that was good. We had nice lounge chairs were we sat from Margaritaville. We had so much fun at Ricks! Very lively, food and drinks were good. Loved watching the cliff divers. Very pricey but so happy that we did this tour. You should book private it’s so much nicer.”
